Give CAT total compliance control.

A Compliance Command OS for international accounting firms in Thailand.

A private proposal for CAT Accounting: LINE-first document intake, client visibility, deadline tracking, AI-assisted classification and human-validated compliance workflows — built on RFUD's existing Command OS, configured for CAT's real-world workflow.

Not custom software. Not a replacement for FlowAccount, PEAK, Xero or QuickBooks.

A scalable, transparent, technology-forward accounting and compliance firm.

Concept preview · CAT-branded Command OS

The Firm

CAT is already the trusted guide for businesses in Thailand.

CAT Accounting & Tax Co., Ltd. — based in Pattaya and Bowin, managed by Khun Thananan Khomkai — has built a reputation as a reliable, knowledgeable partner for Thai SMEs and international clients across accounting, taxation, payroll, company formation, visas, work permits and business advisory.

CAT already operates as a digital accounting firm, working fluently with Xero, FlowAccount, PEAK, QuickBooks and Odoo. The expertise is there. The relationships are there. The international client base is there.

This proposal is not about changing what CAT does well. It is about giving CAT an operating layer that matches the quality of its expertise.

/ Day 90 — your firm, on the OS

This is what CAT looks like once the Sprint ships.

Four surfaces from the working configuration we mapped with your team. Real CAT clients, real deadlines, real Thai filings.

/ 01 · Firm Dashboard

Every deadline, every blocked client. One screen.

48 active clients, 23 docs to validate, 4 blocked on missing files — visible the moment Khun Thananan logs in.

The Bottleneck

The work is professional.
The workflow is scattered.

— friction

Documents in chat

Receipts, invoices, scans and photos arrive across LINE, email, WhatsApp and shared folders.

— friction

Manual chasing

Staff hunt for missing documents through chat history, memory and spreadsheets.

— friction

Deadline pressure

VAT, payroll, withholding, visas and renewals live across calendars, files and people's heads.

— friction

Repeat questions

International clients ask the same status questions again and again — by message, by email, by call.

— friction

Validation overhead

Staff time goes to sorting, naming and chasing rather than higher-value accounting work.

— friction

Risk hidden in threads

Operational risk is real, but only visible to management when something nearly slips.

A firm that helps international clients stay compliant in Thailand deserves a professional operating system — not scattered documents and deadline risk hidden inside chat threads.

The Shift

Keep LINE.
Add control.

// current_state● scattered

Today

  • Clients send documents through LINE, email and folders
  • Staff manually sort, rename and route files
  • Missing documents tracked from memory and spreadsheets
  • Deadlines live in calendars, files and staff heads
  • Clients ask for status repeatedly
  • Management sees risk only when something nearly slips
// command_os_state● governed

With CAT Command OS

  • Clients keep using LINE as their front door
  • Documents route into the secure client vault
  • Missing items become continuously visible
  • Thai compliance deadlines live on one dashboard
  • Staff work from clear queues, not chat threads
  • Clients log in for bilingual status, on demand
  • AI proposes, humans validate, everything is logged
The Guide

RFUD installs the operating layer.

RFUD builds AI-assisted operating systems for service businesses. Command OS is RFUD's platform for client work: companies, documents, tasks, deadlines, decisions, audit trails, dashboards and AI-assisted workflows — already in production across multiple ventures.

RFUD does not replace CAT's accounting expertise, nor CAT's existing accounting tools. RFUD gives CAT the operating layer to scale that expertise — with more visibility, more automation, and clear human control.

+ principle

Existing platform

Command OS is a mature foundation, not a from-scratch build.

+ principle

Configured for CAT

Adapted to Thai accounting, compliance, visa and work permit flows.

+ principle

Human-led, AI-assisted

AI as leverage. Humans decide. Systems compound.

+ principle

Governed by design

Roles, permissions, validation and audit trail — first-class.

The Solution

The CAT Compliance Command OS.

Eight modules, one workspace. Tap a module for detail.

08 modules · pilot scope
// module_01intake

LINE-first Document Intake

Clients keep sending receipts, invoices, photos and PDFs through LINE — the way they already do. Command OS receives those documents into a structured intake queue, where AI proposes a classification and a human validates it.

  • LINE remains the front door for clients
  • Files routed into a per-client intake queue
  • AI suggests document type, period and client
  • Staff confirm or correct in seconds
  • Source message preserved as evidence
The Rollout

From scan to scale.
Bounded phases. Predictable cost.

  1. Phase 00

    Workflow Audit

    2 weeks · 30k–50k THB fixed

Map CAT's real workflow end-to-end. Identify pilot scope, priority automations, integration points and risks. Deliver an implementation blueprint.

  2. Phase 01

    Automation Sprint

    4–6 weeks · 120k–150k THB fixed

Configure the CAT workspace, roles, client/company structure, vault, intake flow, missing-doc tracker, deadline dashboard, task board, validation queue, AI classification. Train staff.

  3. Phase 02

    Pilot Rollout

    20–30 selected clients

Run the system live with a controlled set of clients. Validate staff adoption, intake quality, deadline visibility and the international client experience.

  4. Phase 03

    Firm Scale

    Decision after pilot

Roll out to more clients and service lines once the pilot proves the value with CAT's real data — based on evidence, not promises.

The Investment

Clear numbers. Founding-client terms.

CAT is one of the first firms onboarded to Command OS in this configuration. Pricing reflects that — founding-client license, bounded sprint cost, transparent usage.

AI Safety

AI as leverage.
Humans decide.

  • AI does

Classify documents, summarise files, draft replies, answer operational questions, guide clients through requirements.

  • AI does not

Issue final tax, legal, visa or accounting decisions. Those stay with CAT.

  • Validation

Sensitive outputs pass through CAT's human validation queue before any client or authority sees them.

  • Logging

Every AI action is recorded — who triggered it, on what, when. Auditable by design.

Questions answered

What CAT will reasonably want to know.

  • No. LINE stays the front door for clients. Command OS sits behind LINE: when a client sends a document, it routes into a structured intake queue inside CAT's workspace. The client experience does not change — the back-of-house gets order, visibility and an audit trail.

/ Upside — what CAT can resell

The OS pays for itself. Then it starts paying you.

Three optional revenue streams CAT can layer on top — none are required, none affect Sprint pricing. Each turns CAT's network and expertise into recurring margin.

/ Client portal

Resell the portal to your clients

฿500 – 1,500 / client / mo

Bilingual document portal, status visibility, AI Q&A. Charge ฿500–1,500 per client. License cost to RFUD stays the same. The delta is pure margin.

/ Referral

Introduce other Thai firms

15% rev-share · 12 months

Every accounting or compliance firm CAT refers that signs a Sprint = 15% revenue share for the first 12 months of license fees. Paid quarterly.

/ Training partner

Become the certified implementer

Per-engagement fee + share

Once CAT has run the OS for 90 days, you can train and implement for other firms in your network. Co-branded as CAT × RFUD.

All three optional · none change the Sprint price · white-label as CAT-OS available on request.
